Our turn around time is currently 4- 6 weeks.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
It takes up to three weeks to fulfill an order of up to 100 pieces. Please contact us for a timeframe on larger orders or rush orders.

There is a non-refundable Set-Up Fee. (This is the work we do to translate your artwork to stitches.) Set-Up Fees vary according to the intricacy of the artwork.
And finally, upon ordering merchandise, a 50% Deposit is required for all items.
